First I have to say congratulations to the Steeler’s for winning the big game. Those guys played a game that will create memories that will last a long time.
- James Harrison’s interception at the goal line and 100 yd return for a touchdown.
- Roethlisberger’s scrambling, breaking tackles, completing passes
- Santonio Holmes’ diving/leaning/foot dragging catch to win the game
But that’s not who the owner of the Steeler’s gave credit for winning the big game. He started off his acceptance speech of the night to say “thanks to President Obama”.
Huh?
I guess I didn’t see him playing yesterday. He can do everything. Good game Mr. President!
I would also like to say good job to the Cardinals. They played a darn good game. Kept me in my seat all the way until the end. I was just hoping for a good game and then to have them leading in the 4th. Nice game.
I guess if Mr. Gore can invent the Internet, then Pres. Obama can win the Superbowl!
I’m glad Kurt gave them a run for their money, making the Steelers work HARD to win it. That’s what made it a great game for me, even though the Cards lost in the end.
Me, too, guys! I was in Las Vegas visiting with family from Alabama, who didn’t have quite the enthusiasm for the game as I did. However, we did watch almost all of it, but missed the credits to our President. Oh, my! That aside, the game was a thriller and one we Cards fans can be proud of. Kurt and others on the C. team played their hearts out and are winners to me. Go, Cardinals! and Congratulations to the Steelers.
